Travis Sarkees
General Manager
As an experienced eGovernment services professional, Mr. Sarkees has applicable requirements analysis, project management, training as well as management, marketing, and other Commonwealth-level eGovernment experience. In addition, he possesses over 12 years of project management-related experience in multiple industries.
Travis is a key member of VI's management team responsible for the management and delivery of eGovernment services throughout the Commonwealth. In this role, Travis is responsible for overall business development and managing staff resources to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects and initiatives within budget and in compliance with the Commonwealth standards and policies. He has been a member of VI's staff since 2008, and has an in-depth understanding of working with the Commonwealth to achieve their eGovernment objectives in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Mike Galgano
Director of Development
For over 17 years, Mike has designed, developed, deployed and managed numerous applications and services spanning a wide array of environments and technologies. Projects types range from basic websites and content management systems to native and web-based mobile applications, and from clean well designed payment solutions for Commonwealth agencies and localities to the development of applications and backend processes for global manufacturing solutions. During his tenure with VI, Mike has led development efforts on numerous projects and award winning applications, mentored other developers in new technologies and best practices, and has continually provided exceptional service to our customers.
