To subscribe as a user of the Searchable Boat Registration Database, please fill out a copy of the Premium Service Subscription Agreement (PDF) and email it along with the completed Online Boat Registration Addendum (PDF) to va-customerservice@tylertech.com.

Boat Registration Database Price Structure

Commercial accounts such as boating retailers and marine organizations will be charged according to the price structure listed below.  The database is updated daily.  The downloaded file is a comma-separated-values text file and contains complete information pertaining to the description of the boat including boat use, type, model, length, purchase price (where available), date registered, complete motor information including horsepower and model and complete owner information including name, address, city, state and ZIP code.

SEARCHABLE BOAT REGISTRATION DATABASE PRICE STRUCTURE Fees will increase starting October 1, 2023

• Individual Records Individual records will increase from $1 to $1.25
  $1.25 per record up to 50 records with a $25.00 minimum purchase
• Packet Requests 51-2500 Records Packets will increase from $50 to $62.50
  $62.50 per packet
• Entire database (approximately 250,000 boats) Entire database will increase from $3,000 to $3750
  $3,750 for first download per subscription year and $625 for each subsequent download for the remainder of the subscription year.
